- Last 3 monthsβ or last 13 weeksβ payslips (including any bonus, overtime, commission etc)
- Last 3 monthsβ bank statements showing income, expenditure and any rent/mortgage payments
Additionally
- P60 (evidence of commission and bonuses if not evidenced in payslips)
- Fixed-term contract: Latest 3 months payslips, a signed copy of the current employment contract and either access to open banking show 12 months continuous employment or a contract evidencing 12 or more months continuous employment
- If less than a month left of fixed term contract β Evidence/ confirmation of contract extension from the employers (this could be an email, new contract, letter etc.)
- Zero-hour contract: Latest 3 months payslips, access to open banking to show 12 months continuous employment and a signed copy of the applicants employment contract to confirm no end date
