Our conveyancing panel is managed by Lender Exchange. Law firms can submit a direct application via the Lender Exchange portal to join our panel, subject to them meeting the following criteria:

• There are 2 or more partners/members/director/business owners at the firm
• They hold a minimum of £2,000,000 PII cover
• 1 or more lawyers must have minimum of 10 years conveyancing experience
• Must hold CQS Accreditation (for SRA regulated firms)
• Firms must be registered in England and Wales
