Income booster & the Ejector Seat

An income booster helps increase the amount that an owner-occupier can borrow. They must be a family member and agree to be on the mortgage structured as a JBSP.

Our Ejector Seat feature allows income boosters to come off the mortgage before their 85th birthday, our maximum age, allowing the owner-occupier(s) to have the term length they need.

Here are some assets that explain this in more detail.

Deposit booster

Deposit boosters are friends or family who can help with the deposit, in exchange for a protected financial interest in the property, via an interest-free loan.

Here are some assets that explain this in more detail.

Gen H home agreement

The Generation Home Agreement is our version of a Deed of Trust. This provides each individual borrower legal protection for the duration of their Generation Home mortgage.

Here are some assets that explain this in more detail.
